About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog!

I started this blog right after graduation from Indiana University with an intention to record my experiences on a one-year assignment in Chad with Mennonite Central Committee (MCC). Of course, things changed and this blog has followed me to Burkina Faso, France, the United States, and a couple other countries I’ve happened to visit in the two years since I graduated.

I keep this blog alive because it is a useful way to share my thoughts and experiences with those I love who are not on these adventures with me. I look forward to sharing many more stories from around the world with you in the future. Enjoy!
